Our products are guaranteed against possible defects in material or workmanship, discovered within a year from the date of purchase (European Union: standard two year warranty).
Scratches on the lenses of your sunglasses are considered normal wear or tear. Therefore they are not covered by the warranty unless you can prove that you already received the article damaged.

If you return the sunglasses and we determine a defect in material or workmanship, the product will be repaired or replaced.
In this case, shipment costs will be paid by Hanalei.
If, for any reason, you aren´t satisfied with the product, you can return the purchase fully or partially within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refund payments will be made by the same method as the original purchase.

Hanalei only accepts returns of articles if in new original condition and properly packed. If those specific conditions are not fulfilled, the return will not be accepted.
In this case, all expenses generated will be paid by the customer. If the customer isn´t willing to keep the returned article Hanalei has initially rejected, Hanalei will keep the article and the amount of money.
